An Amateur is someone natural that interest in radio and recreational spirit, study, experience and practice with radio equipment, planning activities to technological knowledge, cultural development, human relations, community aid and has been licensed in accordance with the requirements of Amateur Radio Service Regulations. Amateur Radio Licenses will be the following classes:
- Superior Class (XQ)
- General Class (EC)
- Novice Class (CA) Class
- Applicant (CD)
